What is Gel?
Gel is a one-part system consisting of the application of a thick viscosity gel acrylic. Gel is normally 'cured' under a UV light. Do not confuse gel with traditional acrylic. Gel contains a very low amount of monomer, which is what some people may become allergic to due to over exposure. Even though the two products are actually acrylic, they apply and wear differently. Gel applied over acrylic to seal the surface does not make your nails "Gel Nails". Gel nails are actually acrylic nails; they are made from the same class of acrylate's, but with different molecular structures, appearance, application procedures and different curing methods. Be certain you are receiving the artificial nails you requested.

Soakable Gel Enhancement
This gel is recommended for those who just want to strengthen their own natural nail length. At every appointment the gels will be covered with a cotton ball saturated with a solution that will gently remove the product from your nail. Then you can get a new overlay or just have your nails manicured.
